On 26 October 2008 Liverpool ended Chelsea's amazing 86 match unbeaten record at home in the league with a crucial victory at Stamford Bridge. Xabi Alonso's first half goal was enough to send the Merseysiders three points clear at the top of the table. Alonso struck in the ninth minute when his 20-yard shot deflected off Jose Bosingwa and left Petr Cech wrong-footed. SAD 1It was Chelsea's first defeat under new boss Luiz Felipe Scolari. Chelsea had not been beaten at home since Arsenal's 2-1 success in February2004 but Liverpool deserved their triumph with an impressive display. On 1 Nov Tottenham have defeat liverpool 2-1. That make CHELSEA AND LIVERPOOL have the same point but chelsea goal different is much better than liverpool so chelsea r in the top on the table but both have the same point. Both r u fav club. :)
